Just a little honey fungus family and Cuba ❤

Another wonderful morning in the forest to cel

Another wonderful morning in the forest to celebrate Samhain with my regular Forest Therapy group. So lovely to be reconnected, we have shared so much together under these ancient oaks. We began with a letting go ritual, followed by awakening our senses through guided meditation. We connected and invited our ancestors to walk with us.We all received powerful teachings from the river and remembered we are all energy passing just through. We connected to the Cailleach Beara, the wise old crone and Celtic Goddess of the Earth who showed us how to bring more peace into our lives. And so much more that can never be written or captured in words or images. I am truly grateful to hold this space for people and witness the incredible magic of the forest. Now I am going deep into hibernation, to rest, dream, weave & create. I will be back in Springtime with some new offerings. Thanks to everyone who has joined me over the last few weeks, it's been so lovely. Remember all new life begins in the darkness, have a restful Winter, be gentle on yourselves. A special one this morning in the forest as we gat

A special one this morning in the forest as we gathered to celebrate Samhain. We connected, remembered and honoured our ancestors and those who walked these ancient lands before us. We released and let go of what no longer serves us, we remembered to be still to feel connected. We felt the energy of mother earth, listened to the song of the river, spent time with the trees,discovered many wonderful little fungi, truly slowed down and rested. I am always in awe of the teachings and wonders the forest shares for every group, it fills my heart. YOUR ANCESTORS OUTNUMBER YOUR FEARS. A beautiful morning in the forest with wonderful souls for the Feel Good Festival. The sun was shining, the birds were singing and the river was roaring. We remembered to slow down, to go with the flow, to be still and that we are all connected. We sipped on All heal tea and spruce syrup and nettle seed muffins and all received our own messages from Nature. I couldn't have asked for a better 1st day back. Thank you to everyone who came for trusting and sharing. Forest 🌳🍂🌿 One day when you wake up, you will find that you have become a forest. You have grown roots and found strength in them that no one thought you had. You have become stronger and more beautiful, full of life giving qualities. You have learned to take all the negativity around you and turn it into oxygen for easy breathing. A host of wild creatures live inside you and you call them stories. A variety of beautiful birds rest inside your mind and you call them memories. You have become an incredible self sustaining thing of epic proportions. And you should be so proud of yourself, of how far you have come from the seeds of who you used to be. Join me in Glengarriff's ancient woodland for a nurturing & relaxing forest bathing session to celebrate Samhain. This will be my last one until the Springtime. Samhain is the beginning of the Celtic new year and our Winter, a time when the veil between the spirit world and the physical world is at it's thinnest, a time of magic. We will Learn the practice of Shinrin Yoku, slow down to the pace of the forest, awaken our senses, let go of what no longer serves us and connect to the land for guidance as we move into the darker half of the year. A time to truly rest, remember our ancestors, dream and experience the forest as never before. The walk finishes with a tea ceremony with local foraged plants from the forest and light snacks to integrate and embody our forest experience. Sunday 29th October 11am.
